DAN HENRY, M.D.

FAMILY MEDICINE

Dan Henry grew up in Aberdeen, Washington.  He received his bachelor’s degree at the University of Washington and graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine in 1975.  That same year, he moved to Salt Lake City and entered the University of Utah Family Practice Residency Program where he served as chief resident 1977-1978.  On completion of the Residency Program, he joined Foothill Family Clinic, where he has practiced since 1978.

 Dr. Henry’s practice includes all aspects of Family Medicine with a particular interest in childhood and adolescent migraine disease.  He has been Board Certified in Family Medicine since 1978.

 Dr. Henry is a Certified Clinical Research Professional and has done extensive clinical research for over 15 years.  He has published over 25 research articles.
