Family Practice with Obstetrics
Dr. Gina Cox is a Salt Lake City native who joined Foothill Family Clinic in 2001. She loves that her role allows her to provide full spectrum family medicine for multi-generational and extended families. Her special interests are in preventive care, including wellness visits, contraception, diabetes management, and well child care, including vaccinations. She particularly enjoys maternity care and delivering babies and getting to watch them grow into adults.
Areas of Practice and Procedures Performed:
Gynecological health, including contraceptive methods, vaginal deliveries, and assisting on C-sections; colposcopy, skin biopsy and lesion removal, laceration repair, casting and splinting.
*Accepting existing patients and their immediate families, and new pregnant OB patients only.
