Family Practice
Rachelle Dustin, FNP-C was born and raised in Cache Valley, Utah. Prior to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, she worked in a variety of settings including geriatrics, pediatrics, quality improvement, and mental health. She enjoys seeing patients of all ages in the family practice setting. She is fluent in Spanish and loves to interact with patients from all cultures and backgrounds. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, running, hiking, and competing in triathlons.
