Foothill Family Clinic has been serving the healthcare needs of the Salt Lake community for more than 30 years. This busy, full-service group offers a wide range of medical services supported by a dedicated and caring staff.

Foothill Family Clinic has responded to the needs of our growing community through expansion of our locations and services. In 1997, the Cottonwood Heights location was opened and in 2016 the Draper facility opened. Today, we provide care for more than 95,000 patients a year between our three locations.
