Family Practice
Hayley Chapman grew up overseas, though most of her family is from Manti, Utah. She received her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Utah and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University in Gilbert, AZ.
Hayley strives to provide quality care, build relationships, and partner with her patients to create personalized, effective treatment plans. She believes family practice allows her to get to know and treat a diverse patient population. She has a special interest in disease prevention and managing dermatological issues.
When not in clinic, Hayley enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and new puppy. She loves to travel, try gluten-free cookie recipes, wakeboard, and read good books.
